Reservation & Deposit Policy
Reservations are to be confirmed by
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or within
5 days by personal check or money order or the reservation
will automatically be cancelled.
The deposit is one-half of the entire
stay or one full night's stay, whichever is larger and
will be applied to the last night(s) stay. The balance
is to be paid in full upon arrival.
A two night minimum stay is required
weekends June, July, August & September and a three
night minimum stay some holiday weekends.
Check-in is between 4:00pm and 9:00pm and Check-out is
before 11:00am.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change, we will be pleased
to modify your reservation or refund your deposit (less
a $10.00 per room night handling fee) provided we receive
written notification at least 10 days prior to arrival
(30 day notice for holidays). This also applies
to guests who arrive and stay less than reserved dates.
Your deposit will be applied to the last night(s) of the
reservation.
Guests are financially responsible
for their entire stay. Late arrivals and early departures
will be charged for the full-reserved stay. Please
check your confirmed dates carefully.
